Collaboration with MOM for PW Mark Media Campaign
NEWS

The PW Mark is an accreditation scheme that recognises eligible firms that pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers. As a PW Mark accredited company, CTM had the opportunity to work closely with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to produce a short video promoting the PW Mark campaign and showcasing the day-to-day work routines of our dedicated workers at various sites.

Hosted by prominent online personality Johnathan Chua, one of the key faces behind popular online news podcast ‘The Daily Ketchup’, the video provided a fresh perspective about our workers who are often in the background toiling tirelessly to keep Singapore clean.

During the video, our workers also got to share how the Progressive Wage Model implemented at CTM ensures that they have the opportunity to upskill while earning better wages simultaneously.
