Working Together With NTUC For PW Mark Media Campaign
NEWS

CTM recently collaborated with NTUC as part of the PW Mark campaign to produce a short video shining the spotlight on our workers at our Material Recovery Facility (MRF). The PW Mark is an accreditation scheme that recognises eligible firms, such as CTM, that pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers.

Through a light-hearted video hosted by artiste Noah Yap of Ah Boys to Men (ABTM) fame, viewers will hopefully have a better understanding of our waste management sector.

Our workers also got to share how the Progressive Wage Model implemented at CTM ensures that they have opportunities to upskill while earning better wages simultaneously.
