Team Building @ ORTO 2017

CTM is constantly looking for the right platform to provide learning and growth opportunities for our people. The aim is to motivate our teams to constantly challenge themselves as per the Company’s core values, while creating the opportunity for colleagues to get to know each other better.

We brought the staff out on a sunny day to ORTO Yishun for a team building session. Blessed with good weather, we organized talks, team bonding games, group exercise activities, etc. By the end of the day, our staff had a better understanding of each other’s strengths, weaknesses, the Company’s core values such as the 4Ps, and of course, the mischievous side of everyone.
