This is the spirit and DNA of CTM.

CTM was founded in 1979 by Mr Tan Chye Thiam. With the humble beginning to provide opportunities for farmers whose livelihood were affected by the change of agricultural landscape in Singapore.

As a new player in environmental cleaning and building maintenance industry, CTM, from its inception, has always been offering a combination of resilience, willingness to embrace changes, and more importantly, the commitment to improve livelihood of the community. This is our spirit in everything we do, that enable us to provide creative solutions to challenging task in preserving and maintaining our environment.

With these philosophy, we are blessed to have the opportunity in building long term partnership with like-minded organisations and grow tremendously over the years. At present, we have established ourselves as one of the largest and highest ranked cleaning companies in Singapore with more than 1,600 team members.

KEY MILESTONES
 
1990
Expanded our cleaning & maintenance scope with Changi Airport Group to include the internal premises (departure, transit, and arrival halls) of Changi Airport Terminal One and Two.
1988
The first ever cleaning company to clean & maintain the SMRT north-south lines substations.
1985
Entrusted with maintaining and cleaning island-wide NParks’ Recreational Parks.
1983
Awarded a major contract with Changi Airport Group to maintain its landside (road systems and carparks) and airside infrastructure (apron and runways).
1979 - The Beginning
Founded by Mr & Mrs Tan Chye Thiam, the company secured its flagship project to maintain SAFRA Toa Payoh, followed by contracts for Telecommunication Equipment and Ang Mo Kio Town Council in 1980.
2000
Increased growth through significant cleaning and maintenance contracts for Esplanade, Marina Square, Paragon and Marina Bay Countdown.
2006
Maintenance partner for the prestigious global IMF-World Bank Annual Meeting in Singapore.
2008
Awarded cleaning & maintenance contracts for 2 world class events, Singapore Airshow & Singapore Formula One Grand Prix. In the same year, won the cleaning & maintenance contract for Singapore’s largest shopping mall, VIVO City.
2010
Awarded with a high-profile cleaning and maintenance contract for Singapore’s first ever Integrated Resorts and Casino, Resorts World Sentosa.
2014
Entrusted with the Integrated Public Cleansing for all expressways in Singapore, and for the North East Region of Singapore.
